Satisfy document retention policies — You can store your documents digitally on our server or yours. You can also request your documents on a DVD* or a Portable Drive*. If the documents are stored on a server we can set the date(for compliance purposes)for them to be automatically digitally shredded forever.
Make your paper text searchable — Never struggle to find the correct paper document. Source One's document scanning service can convert your paper documents into text searchable electronic PDF documents, meaning you can search within your documents for keywords and phrases without having to dig through filing cabinets or folders.
Available anywhere — Source One uses UPS to securely ship your documents to our secure processing facility from anywhere in the US.
*For an additional charge we can also securely shred your documents after they are digitized instead of returning them to you. Prior to shredding, all physical documents are stored in our facility for two weeks after scanning in case you change your mind and want them shipped back to you.
